Quality & Packaging

Quality

Quality control at Global Peak Exim starts at sourcing — coconuts and coir raw material are selected from trusted growers and processing units, and inspected for size, condition and consistency before they enter our packing process. Each consignment is checked against the buyer's agreed grade and specification prior to loading, so that what leaves our facility matches what was quoted.

Packaging

We offer a range of packaging formats suited to different buyer needs and shipping methods:

13 kg Bag (25 coconuts per bag) and 15 kg Bag (25 coconuts per bag) for semi-husk coconut

Agro Processing & Packaging Standards

Precision Handling from Source to Port

Every batch undergoes strict grading, moisture control, and packaging validation designed to endure ocean freight and arrive in export-fresh condition.

Raw coconut husk fibers, finely processed coco peat, and compacted coco peat block
Step 01 • Raw Material Sourcing

Selective Fibre & Coconut Harvest

Natural coconut husks and mature nuts are hand-selected from vetted orchards across India. Only unblemished coconuts with optimal husk volume and water content qualify.

Step 02 • Processing & Grading

Washing, Buffering & De-fibering

Coir pith is washed and buffered to achieve exact target EC levels. For coconuts, husks are trimmed evenly to semi-husk format preserving natural protective inner fibers.

Step 03 • Hydraulic Compaction & Packing

Container-Ready Export Packaging

High-tonnage hydraulic presses compress peat into durable 5kg blocks expanding to 70–75L. Finished goods are palletized, strapped, and shrink-wrapped for maximum transit stability.
